31 Days of the Military Spouse
There is a multitude of military spouse bloggers in the world. I don’t know the vast majority of them. But there are a few women I have come to appreciate and who have been a source of encouragement to my heart. I’d like to highlight one of these military spouses today.

Stephanie, from Harrington Harmonies, is a fellow Army spouse. From her blog, this is what she says about herself and her husband:

Brian and Stephanie Harrington have served together, Brian in Active Duty and Stephanie as his spouse, both in the USAF and US Army active duty for a combined 16 years. Their family has been stationed in Japan and Germany as well as stateside and Brian has deployed to Kuwait and Haiti. They write and sing music together and hope to encourage other military families. Stephanie is the author of the blog while Brian writes and records his music which they sing together.

I “met” Stephanie over a year ago, when she stopped by The Army Chap’s Wife Facebook page and introduced herself. And I’m so glad she did! She has such a beautiful heart of encouragement, and I’ve so enjoyed getting to know her a little through this online world.

She is a very active blogger, who also homeschools, and has A TON of resources on her site. She and her family recently moved to Kansas, and since doing so, Stephanie has put together a resource guide for homeschoolers who live in Kansas, filled with all kinds of good information and ideas.

Most recently, Stephanie has been working on a Wizard of Oz unit study on the blog, and offers her readers free printables, copywork and notebooking pages, and field trip ideas.

Stephanie is also a gardener and posts a variety of recipes using fresh ingredients she has grown in her garden.

If you haven’t had a chance to meet Stephanie yet, I would encourage you to visit Harrington Harmonies and check out all the goodness that is there!

Lisa is a great editor. She is thorough, and offers suggestions to help ensure my articles and ebooks are clear and concise. She’s a great communicator and has a way of offering suggestions and feedback in a positive manner. Having an editor you feel is as invested in your work as you are is priceless. That’s what you get with Lisa.
