“Dear friends, be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.” ย  James 1:19 (NLT)

(I couldn’t resist throwing this picture in here today!)

May we all live this verse throughout the week.

This post has been submitted for inclusion in The Christian Home Magazine. As the featured columnist for the Gentle Humor column, I will be sharing something weekly that will, hopefully, bring a smile to your day!

Totally precious! And thanks for the verse reminder. Needing to be slow to speak here, but realizing there are moments when it’s necessary to speak when I don’t want. Why are there always fine lines to juggle? LOL

I should have popped on here sooner to read that verse. My patience has been tested over the past week or two and I have NOT been slow to anger or slow to speak! I’m thinking that I should make several cards with this verse on them to place around the house and in the car!

I haven’t been on your site in quite some time. I doubt that I’ll be able to catch up on everything, but I’ll enjoy reading as much as I can! Hope all is well. ๐Ÿ™‚
