Monday Meditation for the New Year

Monday Meditation

2 Jan

IMG 2503

In 2011 I read through the Bible in The Message translation and shared verses with you from there.

This year, 2012, I will be reading through The New Living Translation, so Monday Meditation verses will come from that.

I continue to hope that these posts will be inspiring, thought-provoking, and encouraging.

A verse for the beginning of this new year:

“Show me the path where I should walk, O Lord; point out the right road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you.”  Psalm 25:4-5 (NLT)

May we follow His leading through this year.

This year I’m going with the New Revised Standard, Spiritual Formation Bible. It’s dad’s but he said I could underline in it. I don’t like to read a Bible I can’t make notes in. Last year I went through the Narrated Bible for the 4th time.
