(I apologize for missing out on having a post up the past couple of Thursdays. I know for those who enjoy linking up, it’s kind of disappointing when there’s no post to link up with!)
After spending three weeks in California with family, life has settled back down to “normal” (which happens to drive my 15 year-old up the wall). Now I’m all about getting ready for school to start. We’re some of the late ones, and won’t be starting until the end of August, which means I have a little more time!
I am grateful for those who have already posted their curriculum plans for this year because I’ve gotten some great ideas. I’m also grateful for being able to find someone to take books I decided not to use!
I’m so thankful that even though the aforementioned teen is missing everyone and everything in California, she’s had some fun times this week while helping with the Chapel’s VBS.
I’m grateful to now be able to assist my gimpy husband. While the girls and I were enjoying the Sierra Mountains…
…poor Ron was playing racquetball and ruptured his Achilles Tendon, putting him in a cast from knee to toes. And he is quite grateful that we are home again!
I’m excited and grateful for new opportunities to use my editing skills and expand my business.
I hope you can find things, large and small, to be grateful for today. And if you haven’t given up on me and have a thankful post, please link it up! I so look forward to reading your words, and I know others do as well.
