My apologies to those who came looking for a link-up last week! Christmas, family, movies, etc. just got in the way of blogging for me. 😉
I do have lots to share with you now though! (And I hope you’ll link up posts from last week as well as this week if you’d like to.)
We are almost at the end of a two-week visit with my parents, and besides the traditional Christmas activities, we’ve had fun together. So, my thankful list this week is in pictures.
I am grateful for
Early Christmas morning smiles
Â
Traditional homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast
Â
 Hannah’s creative ability with hair!
Â
Â
Lovelies under the tree
Â
Â
Our day in Shipshewana with the ice sculptures
Â
Â
Â
My favorite people
Â
Â
Outdoor fires in the snow
Â
Â
Â
Requests from my youngest to use the camera to capture beauty

Emily now takes better pictures than I do! Which is fine with me. I’m very thankful for the different interest areas in which my girls are excelling.
I hope you can find things, large and small, to be thankful for today. May God bless this new year for you and your family.
I love all of your photos and am so glad that you had such a beautiful Christmas with your family! The fire photos are stunning; tell your daughter that she did an awesome job in taking them! 🙂 I don’t see a place to link up, but I’ll be sure to check back. I wrote a post, basically summarizing up the year and everything that I want to be sure to thank God for in 2013. 🙂 Happy New Year, friend! May God bless your family abundantly.
It’s up now–there was an problem with it, but it should be fixed now. Sorry about that! Looking forward to reading your post.

Good morning 🙂 What a great post – the pics are wonderful! Now you have to have Emily take some of you!!
Yes, I should. It’s nice now that when we go places I can just hand the camera to her and make her our archivist!

Lisa, thanks so much for encouraging us to link from last week. I don’t have a post for today -just been getting back into a routine after moving and holidays. Love your list it shines with lots of warm moments even in chill of winter:) How nice and festive! May God grace you today. ~Stephanie

I love the idea of an outdoor fire this time of year!!
Your daughter’s hair is beautiful!!
I really want to link up–hopefully I will have some time later today to get a post up!
We enjoy fires more often in the snow than we do in the warmer months! I’ll tell Hannah what you said. 🙂
That outside fire looks like fun in the snow and your daughter’s hair is unbelievably beautiful! I love the small things, too!!!
I’ll tell her you said that!
