Thankful Thursday

It’s hard to believe that it is Thursday of another week already! Where do the days go? Well, I kind of know the answer to that–school, appointments, ministry, activities, eating, sleeping, etc. etc. Time flies when you’re having fun, right? Anyway, today is my time to focus some attention on the blessings, large and small, that God has given me.


Today I am thankful for:


*The exciting interview my husband had
*My dishwasher
*The health we have enjoyed this winter (I know so many have struggled with a nasty flu bug)
*The friend who recommended her chiropractor 
*A daughter who astutely points out my inconsistencies
*A husband who makes sure I don’t do too much and injure my back again
*The blog makeover contest I won!! I am SO excited!! Thank you Mary.
*Blogging friends who are wiser and more eloquent than I who challenge and inspire me
*The freedom we have in our state to homeschool without restrictions
*Times to read to my girls
*Times to snuggle with my husband and watch a movie
*My electric blanket
*The long chat I had with my sister yesterday
*The coffee mug my husband brought back from his trip to Seattle for me
