Top-Ten Reasons It Must Be Great To Be A Cat

Family Life

Top Ten Tuesday at Many Little Blessings

I know, I know, I’ve talked about our cat quite a bit already. But, we’ve only had her for 4 months, and she’s still a new(ish) delight. So, if you’re tired of posts about Abby, you can simply skip this one today.

The top ten reasons I think it must be a great thing to be a cat:

  1. You can sleep anywhere, anytime you feel like it, and people think it’s cute.

2.  You can play in odd places, and people think it’s cute.

3.  You can run around and act like a maniac, and people think it’s cute.

4.  You can stay awake and play until all hours, still have plenty of energy in the morning, and people think it’s cute.

5.  You can jump on people and rub noses with them at 5:30 AM, and though they may be slightly annoyed, they think it’s cute.

6.  You can be lazy as all get-out, and people think it’s cute.

7.  You can spend an inordinate amount of time staring out the window, and people think it’s cute.

8.  You can express your opinion with loud cries, and people think it’s cute.

9.  You can opt to hide from the world whenever you feel like it, and people think it’s cute.

10.  You can blatantly ignore the rules, and people run and get the camera, because they think it’s cute.

I love kittens…not a big cat person, but I bet I would like your cat!

This one I loved. I also have a cat and I know exactly what you are describing:)  Our cat Mina brings a lot of joy to our life too…despite all her kitty behaviors.

I love your last picture because you’ve captured my cat perfectly. He’s always sitting where I don’t want him to sit.

That’s funny! She knows she’s not supposed to be up there, but honestly, I was laughing so hard I couldn’t be mad! 🙂
